If your order includes a PO Box address, the system will check if the selected delivery logistics can deliver to a PO Box. Kenmiso offers a 30-day return or exchange policy from the delivery date for most products. Customers are responsible for contacting their nearest post office to arrange for return shipping or to drop off the item(s).
