Our system will automatically select the most suitable delivery logistics based on factors like the sales platform, product size, and weight. If your order includes a PO Box address, the system will check if the selected delivery logistics can deliver to a PO Box. If not, we will contact customer support to either update your address or cancel the order.

Kenmiso offers a 30-day return or exchange policy from the delivery date for most products. Customers are responsible for contacting their nearest post office to arrange for return shipping or to drop off the item(s). - Lost parcels: If a parcel is lost in transit, Kenmiso will issue a full refund. If the customer provides an updated address, they will be responsible for reshipment costs. - Used or stained items: Returns with visible use, makeup, animal hair, deodorant, perfume, or similar stains may not be refunded.
