Our system will automatically select the most suitable delivery logistics based on factors like the sales platform, product size, and weight. If your order includes a PO Box address, the system will check if the selected delivery logistics can deliver to a PO Box. - Do not send your return package to the sender's address listed on the package. You must use the return address provided by Kenmiso’s customer service team.
- Ensure no non-Kenmiso items are included in the return package.
- Keep proof of the tracking number when returning the package, as Kenmiso is not responsible for any lost or stolen return shipments.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on the payment provider’s processing times.
Special Cases
- Damaged or defective items: If the damage or defect is caused by Kenmiso’s production or during shipping, we will offer a full refund.
- Order cancellation: If an order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipping, the customer will receive a full refund.
- Lost parcels: If a parcel is lost in transit, Kenmiso will issue a full refund. If the customer provides an updated address, they will be responsible for reshipment costs.
