Shipping Policy
Each of our customers is extremely important to us, and we strive to ensure that their orders are delivered quickly and efficiently. The accompanying image depicts the journey of your purchase, starting from payment to final delivery.We currently only support delivery to the United States, please understand.The order cut-off time will be 11:00 PM China Standard Time (Shanghai).

After your payment is authorized and verified, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know your payment has been successfully processed.

We typically process orders within 1-3 business days.
Shipping:
We deliver your goods by commercial courier. Once your order is processed and shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within 10-15 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track the progress of your package. Please be aware that we charge a shipping fee of $7.99 if the total order amount is less than $79. Orders totaling $79 or more will receive free shipping.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. To track your order, simply click on the Track Order link in the email. However, please note that tracking updates may experience delays due to circumstances such as severe weather, strikes, or peak season delays. If you need assistance or have any questions about tracking your order, please feel free to contact us via email.
Delivery:
The delivery time frame includes both order processing and shipping time. For example, if you order a coat, it will take 1-3 business days for processing and an additional 10-15 business days for shipping, meaning you can expect your order to arrive within 11-18 business days in total.
Our system will automatically select the most suitable delivery logistics based on factors like the sales platform, product size, and weight. If your order includes a PO Box address, the system will check if the selected delivery logistics can deliver to a PO Box. If not, we will contact customer support to either update your address or cancel the order.
Important Note:
Our orders only include the product price and shipping fees. Customers are not required to pay any additional import fees, duties, or VAT (Value Added Tax).

Return & Refund Policy
Kenmiso Return Policy
Kenmiso offers a 30-day return or exchange policy from the delivery date for most products. Customers are responsible for contacting their nearest post office to arrange for return shipping or to drop off the item(s). The refund for shipping costs will be determined based on the reason for the return. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is due to customer preference, the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
If a customer receives incorrect or damaged items, they should contact customer service immediately with clear photos of the items. The Kenmiso team will assist with a replacement or refund, depending on the specific situation. Customers must contact Kenmiso for the return address before sending back any products.
Return Requirements

Items without quality issues: Kenmiso requires the return of unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with their original tags and packaging.

Approval required: Before returning an item, customers must seek approval from Kenmiso’s customer service team.

For defective or incorrect items: Customers should provide clear photos of the issue and contact customer service for a return address.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Eligible Reasons for Return or Refund
Customers are eligible for a return or refund under the following circumstances:
- Receiving incorrect or damaged items.
- Receiving a faulty item.
- Disliking the item(s) (Note: For returns due to customer remorse, Kenmiso will not reimburse the return shipping costs).
To facilitate the return process, customers must contact customer service with the following information:
- Order number
- SKU number/product name
- Reason for return
Kenmiso’s customer service team will respond within 24 business hours. Customers will need to provide a return tracking number and valid return receipt. Once the returned items are received by Kenmiso, a refund or exchange will be processed.
Return Shipping Instructions
- Do not send your return package to the sender's address listed on the package. You must use the return address provided by Kenmiso’s customer service team.
- Ensure no non-Kenmiso items are included in the return package.
- Keep proof of the tracking number when returning the package, as Kenmiso is not responsible for any lost or stolen return shipments.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on the payment provider’s processing times.
Special Cases
- Damaged or defective items: If the damage or defect is caused by Kenmiso’s production or during shipping, we will offer a full refund.
- Order cancellation: If an order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipping, the customer will receive a full refund.
- Lost parcels: If a parcel is lost in transit, Kenmiso will issue a full refund. If the customer provides an updated address, they will be responsible for reshipment costs. Customers who provide an incorrect address and fail to contact Kenmiso for an address change will be responsible for any losses.
- Used or stained items: Returns with visible use, makeup, animal hair, deodorant, perfume, or similar stains may not be refunded.
Return Labels
- For defective products: A return label will be included in the package if the product is incorrect or damaged by the carrier.
- For customer remorse: If the customer no longer wants the item or ordered the wrong product, a return label will also be included in the package.
