Shipping Policy

Delivery:

Our system will automatically select the most suitable delivery logistics based on factors like the sales platform, product size, and weight. If your order includes a PO Box address, the system will check if the selected delivery logistics can deliver to a PO Box. If not, we will contact customer support to either update your address or cancel the order.

Customers are responsible for contacting their nearest post office to arrange for return shipping or to drop off the item(s). If the return is due to customer preference, the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.

The Kenmiso team will assist with a replacement or refund, depending on the specific situation. Customers must contact Kenmiso for the return address before sending back any products.

- Ensure no non-Kenmiso items are included in the return package.
- Keep proof of the tracking number when returning the package, as Kenmiso is not responsible for any lost or stolen return shipments.

- Damaged or defective items: If the damage or defect is caused by Kenmiso’s production or during shipping, we will offer a full refund.

- Lost parcels: If a parcel is lost in transit, Kenmiso will issue a full refund. If the customer provides an updated address, they will be responsible for reshipment costs.
