Kenmiso offers a 30-day return or exchange policy from the delivery date for most products. Customers are responsible for contacting their nearest post office to arrange for return shipping or to drop off the item(s). The refund for shipping costs will be determined based on the reason for the return. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. - Do not send your return package to the sender's address listed on the package. You must use the return address provided by Kenmiso’s customer service team.
- Ensure no non-Kenmiso items are included in the return package.
- Keep proof of the tracking number when returning the package, as Kenmiso is not responsible for any lost or stolen return shipments.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on the payment provider’s processing times.
