Our system will automatically select the most suitable delivery logistics based on factors like the sales platform, product size, and weight. If your order includes a PO Box address, the system will check if the selected delivery logistics can deliver to a PO Box. If not, we will contact customer support to either update your address or cancel the order.

Customers are responsible for contacting their nearest post office to arrange for return shipping or to drop off the item(s). The refund for shipping costs will be determined based on the reason for the return. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping cost. - Do not send your return package to the sender's address listed on the package. You must use the return address provided by Kenmiso’s customer service team.
- Ensure no non-Kenmiso items are included in the return package.
- Keep proof of the tracking number when returning the package, as Kenmiso is not responsible for any lost or stolen return shipments.
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on the payment provider’s processing times.
Special Cases
- Damaged or defective items: If the damage or defect is caused by Kenmiso’s production or during shipping, we will offer a full refund.
- Order cancellation: If an order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipping, the customer will receive a full refund.
