Our system will automatically select the most suitable delivery logistics based on factors like the sales platform, product size, and weight. If your order includes a PO Box address, the system will check if the selected delivery logistics can deliver to a PO Box. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on the payment provider’s processing times.

- Damaged or defective items: If the damage or defect is caused by Kenmiso’s production or during shipping, we will offer a full refund.
